Creative Project Manager - Retail Build / Window Display / Visual Merchandising
Permanent - £50K to £55K DOE
We're working with an international creative agency who partner with global retail brands across the fashion & lifestyle sectors. They produce high-quality customer experiences from the design and build of product displays for events, windows, and in-store, as well as brand experiences for a range of clients from the high street to luxury.
Their UK business is now getting very busy and they are looking for a new Project Manager to come on board and work closely with their MD, Head of Production, and Project Team on a number of new and exciting projects. This role will involve working hybrid from home and from their London studio.
Responsibilities
- Manage clients' projects from start to finish, from brief through to implementation, constantly prioritizing, delegating, and staying on top of all aspects of your projects, delivering on everything from administration and logistics through to design stages and installing retail and other live projects across the world.
- Manage the accounts of multiple clients, working on up to 5–10 projects simultaneously, all at varying stages of design, production, or installation.
- Have a good understanding of the creative design process and a strong knowledge of production techniques, suppliers, and materials (including reading technical drawings).
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and that positive feedback is consistently received.
- Manage the client’s expectations of sign-off dates and achievability with an understanding of the client’s commercial objectives.
- Take the lead in client calls, ensuring all parties are kept up to date with project progress and status.
- Work with and manage the design and production teams, external suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to ensure that deadlines are achieved and the client brief is met.
- On-site management for events, installations, and de-rigs, including management of 3rd party suppliers/event staff.

- 3 to 5 years of large brand & retail experience, ideally in a creative agency working on projects with budgets up to £500K.
- Very creative as a person, yet methodical in your approach.
- Superbly organized and professional.
- Proven client / supplier management, budget creation & management through to onsite delivery.
