Creative Project Manager

Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing app growth agency based in Central London, helping clients across the UK, Europe and the Americas launch, grow and scale their apps. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a self-motivated, organised and data-driven Creative Project Manager to join our team and help keep our Creative Studio running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, overseeing timelines, resources, budgets and stakeholders to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with creative leads, clients and freelancers, you’ll bring structure to projects, spot potential issues early and help improve the way the Creative Studio operates and scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Manage creative projects from brief to completion, including timelines, priorities, budgets and deadlines.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate team and freelancer workloads, scheduling and capacity to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs, budgets, utilisation and profitability, flagging any issues early.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, internal teams and freelancers, managing feedback, approvals and expectations.
  • Processes & Systems: Keep project information, workflows and documentation organised and up to date.
  • Studio Operations: Work with creative and delivery leads to improve processes, introduce new tools and help the studio operate more efficiently and effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
