About Myriad

Myriad is a creative communications agency for complex sectors. Since 1989, we have helped energy, infrastructure, technology, and sustainability leaders turn complex, high-stakes work into communication people understand. We have offices in London, Houston, and Abu Dhabi, and we also run SHIIFT, our e-learning brand.

Our work covers stakeholder engagement, investor communications, project visualisation, safety and behaviour change, and brand and reputation. We deliver it through film, 3D and animation, print, interactive and digital, e-learning, and events, for clients including ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, ADNOC, Woodside, and Technip Energies.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to run projects from brief to delivery across film, animation, print, and digital. You will own the budget, the schedule, and the day-to-day running of each job, working alongside our animators, editors, film crews, writers, and graphic designers.

This is not a pure admin or scheduling role. We want someone with a good creative eye who can look at a cut, a storyboard, or a layout and tell us what is working and what is not. You will solve problems as they come up, keep clients confident, and keep the team moving.

You will be using AI tools every day, in how we plan, write, design, and produce. We want someone who is already doing this or is keen to learn fast.

  • Reports to: Head of Ops / Head of Production
  • Location: Office based at our Old Street office, London
  • Type: Full time

What You'll Do

  • Run multiple projects at once across film, animation, print, e-learning, and digital
  • Take client briefs and turn them into clear plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Build and manage project budgets, track costs, and flag risks early
  • Put together the right team for each job, in-house and freelance
  • Brief and work with animators, editors, film crews, writers, and graphic designers
  • Review creative work at each stage and give clear, useful feedback
  • Be the day-to-day contact for clients, handling feedback, amends, and approvals
  • Plan shoots and productions, including logistics, call sheets, and risk assessments
  • Solve problems quickly when plans change, without losing quality or margin
  • Use AI tools to speed up planning, scripting, concept work, design, and admin
  • Look for better ways of working and help bring new AI tools into the team
  • Keep project records up to date in our systems, including timesheets, budgets, and schedules

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Already using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or image and video generation tools, or keen to learn
  • Interested in how AI can speed up and streamline workflows
  • Willing to test new tools, share what works, and help the wider team adopt them
  • Able to judge when AI output works and when it doesn't

Background

We care more about how you think and work than your job title. You will likely have three or more years' experience running creative projects. You might be:

  • A film or video producer who wants to work across more formats
  • An account manager or project manager from an agency who has run creative projects end to end
  • A project manager with experience across multimedia, such as film, animation, print, and digital

We would also like to see examples of projects you have run, including the budget and schedule you managed. Experience in energy, industrial, or corporate communications is useful but not essential.

What We Offer and How to Apply

  • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Varied work for major international energy clients
  • Exposure to film, animation, e-learning, events, and print, often on the same project
  • Opportunities to travel for shoots and events
  • Room to grow into a senior role as the business grows

To apply, send your CV and a short note on a project you ran and what you would do differently next time. Please include examples of any AI tools you have used in your work.

Please email your application to hello@myriadglobalmedia.com
