NET-A-PORTER are seeking an experienced and detail-obsessed Creative Project Manager to oversee the execution of end-to-end creative campaigns across our luxury fashion e-commerce ecosystem. In this cross-functional position, you will serve as the operational bridge between the Creative team and all core Marketing disciplines—including Digital Marketing, Brand Partnerships and Communications, Social Media, Content, CRM, and Site Experience.
The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of e-commerce alongside the uncompromising aesthetic and quality standards required in luxury fashion. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, balancing competing deadlines and ensuring every visual, copy asset, and digital touchpoint is delivered flawlessly and on time.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Creative (Design, Copy, Editorial, Video) and Marketing teams (CRM, Social, PR, Site) and our Brand Partners.
- Intake, review, and scoping for all incoming creative requests from marketing departments; translate marketing briefs into actionable creative workstreams.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce end-to-end production schedules for brand partnership campaigns, seasonal campaigns, product drops and promotions.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity across internal designers, copywriters, and external agency partners/freelancers.
- Oversee asset delivery across digital channels: homepage updates, paid media, email, newsletters, app messaging, and social assets.
- Implement strict Quality Control processes to ensure all visual assets adhere to our brand guidelines and technical specs.
- Partner with the Buying and Site teams to ensure creative deliverables align with launch dates and product availability.
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–5+ years of creative project management or marketing operations experience, ideally within a luxury fashion brand or high-end lifestyle label.
- Luxury Standards: An eye for elevated design, typography, editorial layouts, and high-fashion branding standards.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced expertise in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or ClickUp).
- Familiarity with Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and time-management abilities under tight luxury fashion deadlines.
- Operational Rigor: Able to transform unstructured creative ideas into structured, repeatable operational workflows.
- Grace Under Pressure: Comfortable managing shifting priorities during peak retail periods (Fashion Weeks, Sale and Promotions, Black Friday/Cyber Week, seasonal sales, brand drops).
- Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at balancing the creative integrity of the creative vision with the revenue goals and deadlines of Performance and CRM teams.
