Purpose of the Job
This role is to support one of our gaming and entertainment clients and join a dynamic and fast-growing marketing and creative team where creativity, attention to detail and collaboration are at the heart of everything. Unlike traditional retailers, their customers aren’t simply deciding what to buy, they’re deciding how to spend their precious leisure time and that’s what makes our marketing so unique.
The team's role is to create bold, engaging campaigns that inspire customers to choose the client as their destination for excitement, enjoyment, and memorable experiences. The Creative Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of small-to-medium complexity projects across print, digital and motion. You will ensure smooth workflows across creative, design, motion, copy, artwork and production - driving projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You'll play a central role in bringing ideas to life, coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring creative work is delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard.
You will own timelines, scope, budget tracking, stakeholder communication and approvals, becoming the central point of coordination - demonstrating strong, trusted relationships with colleagues throughout the delivery of projects and being consulted by the marketing team directly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
