ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a newly created role to support our growing Creative team. We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and exceptionally personable Creative Project Manager to join Yodel Mobile at a pivotal stage of growth.

You will own the end-to-end execution of creative production, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, on budget and at a consistently high standard. You will be the operational backbone of the Creative team, bringing clarity, structure and momentum across multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.

You are someone who thrives on detail, loves efficiency, and takes pride in making complex workflows feel seamless.

You will undergo a structured project management training programme and be expected to operate independently within six months. This role offers significant scope to grow alongside Creative and Operations as the business scales.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom and be able to work from the office in London a minimum of 3 days per week.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across multiple clients
  • Build clear, structured project plans with defined timelines, milestones, dependencies and accountability
  • Manage designer capacity and freelancer resourcing to ensure optimal workload distribution
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and resolve bottlenecks before they impact timelines
  • Ensure projects move efficiently through briefing, production, feedback and sign-off stages
  • Act as the driver of momentum, keeping teams focused and accountable
  • What success looks like: Projects delivered on time, within time allocation and clear visibility across workloads

Quality & Standards

  • Maintain high standards across all creative outputs, ensuring work is on-brief and client-ready
  • Oversee quality control processes before work reaches clients
  • Build and nurture a trusted freelancer network to flex resource when needed
  • Ensure creative output aligns with brand, strategy and performance objectives
  • What success looks like: Fewer reworks, strong client confidence, consistent creative quality

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of communication for the Creative Department
  • Lead creative internal meetings and ensure clear next steps are documented
  • Communicate confidently with clients on timelines, deliverables and expectations
  • Surface issues early and propose solutions
  • What success looks like: Aligned and happy teams, informed stakeholders, Client renewals

Process, Documentation & Operational Excellence

  • Write and continuously improve creative workflow documentation
  • Ensure project timelines, time tracking and internal systems are accurate and up to date
  • Implement and optimise collaboration tools to improve efficiency
  • Maintain clean, organised documentation across systems (Asana, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Support acquisition integration to ensure creative processes scale effectively
  • What success looks like: Streamlined processes, reduced friction, scalable systems

Financial & Resource Management

  • Track project pacing against scope and flag over-pacing risks
  • Support freelancer budget management and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Operations and Data teams to ensure resourcing aligns with demand
  • Contribute to commercial awareness within creative delivery
  • Build out our Freelancer network across Creative to help support resourcing
  • What success looks like: Controlled freelancer spend, proactive and realistic project resourcing, a quality and large freelancer network to tap into

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience managing creative or digital production projects end-to-end, from brief through to final delivery
  • Strong ability to build detailed project timelines from scratch, mapping milestones, dependencies and resourcing needs
  • Deep understanding of the creative asset production lifecycle across digital channels
  • Experience collaborating closely with designers, copywriters and performance teams, with a clear understanding of how creatives think and work
  • Strong creative instinct and ability to sense-check work for brand alignment, quality and strategic intent
  • Confident managing client relationships, leading production conversations and setting clear expectations
  • Comfortable reviewing briefs to ensure clarity, feasibility and alignment before production begins
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, scope and project resourcing with commercial awareness
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies before work goes live
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Figma, Adobe Suite, SharePoint and Harvest
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting creative work clearly and confidently
  • Experience supporting creative strategy development is a strong advantage
  • Agency experience is also a bonus
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Highly personable and confident in client-facing environments
  • Proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to fix
  • Commercially aware, you understand that time = cost
  • Structured in your thinking and clear in your communication
  • Comfortable challenging and saying no to timelines or scope when necessary
  • You enjoy bringing order to complexity and take pride in delivering work that runs smoothly
