Are you an experienced project manager who knows how to bring clarity, confidence and calm to fast-moving creative work?

We’re looking for a Project Management Team Leader to join Linney Create, our full-service creative agency.

This hands-on leadership role is for someone who loves project delivery, understands what it takes to get great work made, and can support, develop and connect a team.

You’ll help our PMs deliver work on time, on budget and on brief, while creating the structure, governance, training and team culture that help people thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, support and develop a group of project managers, helping them build confidence, capability and commercial understanding.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, openness and shared accountability, connecting the team and encouraging people to work together, not compete.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and mentoring, including support with onboarding, induction, training needs and knowledge sharing.
  • Support PMs in delivering creative projects from brief to final delivery, helping them manage timings, budgets, scope, resource and client expectations.
  • Champion commercially proactive ways of working, including estimating, time management, WIP management, billing, invoicing, budget tracking and scope control.
  • Act as a clear escalation point for risks, blockers, client challenges and project pressures, helping the team find practical, positive ways forward.
  • Provide structure, governance and consistent ways of working across accounts, teams, documentation, project tools and reporting.
  • Work closely with Account Directors, creative, production and wider service teams to keep projects moving smoothly and to brief.
  • Encourage excellent customer service, timely communication and strong relationships with clients, colleagues and internal teams.
  • Champion positive change, new tools and process improvements that make delivery more efficient, effective and energising for the team.
  • Help keep the business and our people safe and informed through clear communication, good governance and strong project discipline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
