The Role:
We are looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused Creative Resource Manager to join our growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys being at the centre of how an agency operates day to day. Working across our client services, creative, studio, events and performance teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are resourced effectively, timelines are managed smoothly and our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional work.

You’ll become a true go-to person across the agency — balancing people, schedules, workflows and suppliers, whilst helping maintain the collaborative and energetic culture that makes PinPoint Media so special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workloads, schedules and resource allocation across internal teams and freelance contractors
- Maintain visibility across all live and upcoming projects and their delivery status
- Coordinate bookings for freelancers, suppliers and talent globally
- Support project delivery to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and production partners
- Produce regular reporting on resource utilisation and team capacity
- Assist with managing incoming requests, timelines and project priorities
- Liaise with clients regarding schedules, timelines and feedback where required
- Understand individual team strengths and availability to ensure projects are staffed effectively
- Help continuously improve operational processes and workflows across the agency
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative, resource coordination or operations-focused role within an agency is essential
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy agency environment
- A proactive problem solver with a positive and collaborative approach
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Commercially aware and confident working with budgets and schedules
- A team player who enjoys building strong relationships across different departments
- Confident using multiple systems and software platforms
- An interest in creative industries, production, social, influencer, design or content is a bonus
