Creative Services Coordinator – In-house Creative Studio (Junior to Mid level)
Location: London
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Sector: Creative Studio / Content / In-house Creative Team
We are partnering with an in-house creative studio seeking a proactive Creative Project Coordinator to ensure the seamless progression of daily creative projects across the team.
This role is ideal for an individual with a solid understanding of creative studio workflows who thrives on bringing structure, efficiency, and momentum to a fast-paced creative environment.
You will manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, overseeing timelines, creative requests, progress tracking, stakeholder feedback, approvals, documentation, and handovers.
This is not solely an administrative role. It suits candidates with experience in creative project coordination, studio traffic management, creative services, or production coordination, who are confident collaborating closely with designers, motion designers, and internal stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
