Creative Services Manager 3 Month FTC

Location: London (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a leading international media and content business to find a talented Creative Services Manager to join their commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing creative campaigns from inception through to delivery, acting as the key link between clients, sales teams, strategists, and creative departments. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring innovative, high-profile advertising and branded content campaigns are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations.

The Role

As Creative Services Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of integrated advertising and branded content campaigns, becoming the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of bespoke branded content and advertising campaigns
  • Building and overseeing project timelines while coordinating multiple internal stakeholders
  • Acting as the primary creative contact for clients, agencies, and brand partners
  • Collaborating with production, design, editorial, social, video, and commercial teams
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring campaign objectives are successfully delivered
  • Translating creative and production processes into clear, client-friendly communication
  • Identifying and resolving campaign challenges proactively
  • Supporting campaign reporting and post-campaign success stories alongside strategy and insights teams

About You

We're looking for a highly organised and client-focused individual with a passion for creative storytelling and campaign execution.

You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years' experience delivering creative advertising, branded content, sponsorship, or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience working within a publisher, media owner, content studio, creative agency, or advertising environment
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities
  • The confidence to lead conversations with both clients and creative teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
