Job Title: Creative Services Manager: Post-Production and Operations
Location – London (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Duration – until 31st December 2026
Responsible for:
Campaign & Creative Delivery
- Coordinate the delivery of creative assets across digital, social, AV, CRM and marketing channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief.
- Manage briefs, approvals, localisation and asset delivery across multiple international campaigns and launches
- Support campaign planning, milestone tracking and reporting to maintain visibility of progress and key deliverables
- Support creative asset localisation, adaptation and delivery activities where needed, contributing to the development, localisation and delivery of campaign assets across multiple markets.
Global Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Global, Regional and local markets to align priorities, creative requirements and delivery timelines
- Build strong relationships across Global Creative Services, Brand Marketing, Integrated Communications, local marketing teams and external partners.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies and drive stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Operations & Workflow Management
- Manage project timelines, workflows, workback schedules and delivery milestones across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimise processes, reporting and ways of working to improve efficiency, visibility and scalability across Creative Services
Tools, Systems & Post-Production Workflows
- Leverage Asana, DAM platforms and other workflow tools to enhance project coordination, visibility and delivery
- Support creative asset management and distribution, ensuring adherence to established workflows and best practices
- Coordinate creative asset delivery and localisation across internal teams, external vendors and multiple international markets

Skills:
- Significant experience in Creative Services, Creative Operations and Post-Production, with a proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder marketing campaigns across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of creative post-production & creative asset workflows across digital, social, AV, video, CRM and marketing channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with project management and workflow tools including Asana (or similar platforms), alongside experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Strong judgement and autonomy, with the ability to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies and drive projects forward in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
