About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join a vibrant team at the intersection of creative asset management, localization, and global campaign execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating the end-to-end post-production process for marketing materials, ensuring seamless delivery across diverse international territories. Your expertise will directly influence how global audiences experience groundbreaking entertainment, driving operational excellence and creative impact on a grand scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of localized creative assets, spanning audio-visual, digital, social, video, and customer relationship management channels.
- Develop and manage comprehensive workback schedules, meticulously track milestones, and optimize post-production workflows utilizing advanced project management tools.
- Cultivate strong relationships and facilitate alignment among internal creative teams, regional brand marketers, and external vendor networks across numerous international territories.
- Oversee the distribution and structural integrity within Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, ensuring adherence to technical asset specifications.

What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in Creative Services, Creative Operations, or Post-Production within a fast-paced agency, studio, or brand environment.
- Hands-on expertise in managing multi-market localization and audio-visual/digital marketing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in project management platforms like Asana (or similar enterprise tools) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Practical familiarity and working knowledge of industry-standard creative software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong autonomous project management skills, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
