We’re looking for a Creative Services / Operations professional who can bring structure, pace and operational excellence to complex creative and post-production workflows.

What You’ll Do
1. Creative Campaign Delivery
Coordinate briefs, approvals, localisation and delivery of creative assets across international digital, social, AV, CRM and marketing campaigns.
2. Global Stakeholder Management
Partner with global, regional and local marketing, creative and communications teams, agencies and external vendors to align priorities, timelines and deliverables.
3. Creative Operations & Workflow
Own project timelines, workflows and milestones across multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks and dependencies while improving processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring

Significant experience in Creative Services, Creative Operations, Post-Production or Creative Project Management, ideally within gaming, entertainment, media, advertising, production or another fast-paced international environment.
You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple stakeholders, complex workflows and tight deadlines — with a genuine interest in making creative delivery more efficient, scalable and effective.
