You’ll work with talented creative and marketing specialists, external partners and colleagues from a wide range of fundraising teams and specialisms. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity created to provide additional capacity within our Creative and Production Team during a particularly busy period of activity. As a Project Manager - Creative Team, you'll play a key role in helping our internal creative and marketing agency plan, coordinate and deliver a wide range of projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope and to the highest standards. This additional role has been created to help the team manage increased demand while continuing to deliver excellent support to colleagues across the organisation.
The position is being offered on a fixed-term basis because it is intended to address a temporary resourcing requirement. The role is an additional position within the team and is not part of the long-term team structure. The contract is therefore expected to end after six months, when the current increase in workload and associated need for additional capacity is expected to reduce.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. Currently, the team office day is on a Wednesday. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
