The Creative Shoot Producer
The Creative Shoot Producer plays a pivotal role in bringing the brand's visual identity to life across campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce and marketing channels. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Director, this role combines creative thinking with exceptional organisation to ensure every visual asset reflects the brand's positioning.
FTC for 6 months, subject to change.
Responsibilities
Creative Image + Video Production
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of all brand imagery and video across campaigns, lookbooks and ecommerce
- Own image selection, cropping, retouching feedback and final asset approval from the Creative Director
- Maintain consistency across all visual assets and brand guidelines
- Support creative direction and visual concept development for shoots
- Ensure smooth running of every shoot, solving ad hoc problems
Casting & Talent Management
- Own all model casting across campaigns, lookbooks and ecommerce.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and freelance talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, hair and makeup artists, set designers, model agents and all assistants etc to ensure the highest level of talent
- Utilising international production contacts to smoothly manage large and small scale shoots outside of the UK
- Research new faces and casting trends that align with the brand aesthetic
- Organise castings, fittings and approvals
- Manage talent bookings, negotiations and contracts
- Research and approach new photographers to create editorial content
Creative Development & Shoot Planning
- Management of the whole shoot calendar and each element of the critical path of each specific shoot from beginning to end
- Work alongside external production partners to ensure assets meet brand expectations
- Support with moodboards and creative concepts, researching competitors and trends.
- Support styling preparation.
- Booking locations, catering, accommodation, permits, travel and sample/equipment logistics for each shoot
- Create call sheets and detailed shoot schedule to be shared with the whole shoot team
- Ensure creative briefs are executed successfully

Sample & Asset Coordination
- Align correct samples needed for the Ecom buy (while checking needs for the Retail buy)
- Manage sample movement for shoots, alongside PR team
- Organise styling days – liaising with stylists and assistant, booking location and preparing all samples.
- Work closely with Design, Merchandising and Production teams to ensure samples arrive on time
- Coordinate product lists and shot lists
- Track asset delivery and image libraries
- Filing and sharing of all post-production visual assets with all stakeholders including E-commerce, sales and PR
Creative Operations
- Build efficient workflows for creative asset production
- Manage multiple concurrent creative projects
- Manage and plan shoot budgets, striving for and identifying cost savings through planning and negotiation. Ensure imagery has the correct usage rights to be leveraged and maximised across the business
- Collating, filing and budget input for all invoices from suppliers and sharing them with the Finance Department
- Be resourceful and adaptable to changing budgets, timings and shifting priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes

Management of production interns/assistants
Qualifications
This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within creative image and brand campaigns, combining strong operational skills with a genuine passion for luxury fashion imagery.
- 5+ years of experience in photo production within the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of creative and operational workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end photo and video productions, from pre-production through to final asset delivery
- Well-established network of contacts across the creative production industry, including photographers, stylists, and agencies
- Strong eye for fashion imagery and composition
- Experience managing campaign, lookbook and e-commerce model castings
- Deep understanding of the global and local fashion and lifestyle landscape, with an eye for brand-aligned visual storytelling
- Solid budget management and financial tracking experience
- Knowledge of Capture.One and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and transparently, keeping stakeholders informed throughout every stage of production
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
