We’re Hiring: Creative Shopper Specialists (All levels)
Location: Headingley, Leeds
Agency: Principles
Employment Type: Full-time Office-based (4 days a week)
About Us
After a storming year of new client wins, we’re expanding our creative studio and looking for Shopper Specialists to join the team.
Be part of a vibrant agency that believes in working happy with a fuller life, not a fuller week. Here we all enjoy a 4-day working week BUT we’re paid for 5 with no condensed hours, so we can be fresher, full of energy and above all more creative.
We’ve been putting brands into more baskets for over 40 years. As a proudly independent creative activation agency, we deliver unmissable, big creative ideas that trigger, interrupt, and inspire shoppers right at the moments that matter.
We play to win, care deeply about work that works, and build real partnerships with major household names - FMCG and retail clients.
The Role
It has never been harder to catch and keep a shopper's attention. That’s where you come in. We are expanding our creative team and looking for Creative Shopper Specialists across all levels (Junior, Mid-Weight, and Senior). Whether you just have a few years under your belt or you're bringing years of brand activation experience, you will help us craft unmissable shopper activations from concepts to design to print.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

- Problem Solvers: You like helping brands "do more with less" and know how to turn good ideas into basket conversions.
- No nonsense attitude: You take the work seriously, but not yourself.
