Social Creative Lead
£70,000 - £80,000
Central London
Hybrid, 3 days per week in the studio (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
The Agency
Our client is a shiny new and fast-growing creative studio built for modern brand communications. Working across integrated campaigns, social-first content, experiences, film and brand platforms, they've quickly established themselves as a trusted partner to globally recognised brands in health, technology and media.
Still early in their journey, they offer the opportunity to shape not only the work, but the culture, standards and future direction of the business.
The Role
This role will initially focus on leading social creative output for a major global healthcare provider. You'll take ownership of social campaigns, always-on content and day-to-day creative leadership, ensuring everything feels genuinely social-first while maintaining the credibility and trust expected of a such a well-known brand.
This is a hands-on role for a senior social creative who enjoys being in the work, from concept creation and storytelling through to presentations, creative reviews and client discussions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead social creative development across a major global healthcare account
- Own projects from brief through to delivery
- Develop social-first campaigns, content series and always-on programmes
- Translate audience insight, cultural behaviour and social platform dynamics into engaging creative ideas
- Ensure content remains entertaining, informative and trustworthy
- Present creative work directly to clients and confidently manage feedback
- Maintain quality control across multiple workstreams
- Guide and mentor junior creatives and social specialists
- Help evolve social strategy and creative standards across the studio
- Partner closely with strategy, accounts, design and production teams
What's Gonna Work
- Strong social-first creative background within an agency, studio or integrated environment
- Experience leading projects and managing people
- Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions
- Excellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills
- Passionate about both always-on content and larger campaign work
- Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and community engagement
- Able to simplify complex subject matter into engaging content
- Naturally curious and willing to immerse yourself in research and specialist topics
- Confident presenting to clients and building trusted relationships
- Hands-on creative who enjoys concepting and developing ideas from start to finish
- Editorial, publishing or content background
- Copywriting expertise
- Experience within healthcare, science, technology or similarly regulated sectors
- Basic content creation or editing skills using social tools such as CapCut
- Experience working across global brands and audiences
