About Fabric

Fabric isn’t your average social agency - we’re mavericks, culture-obsessed, trend-first and community-first thinkers. We’re not just about reach; we’re about resonance. We nourish communities, creating social ecosystems that pull audiences in, allowing us to land big campaigns with a community that care about us. And now, we’re on the hunt for a Midweight Creative to help lead the charge.

The Role

As a Midweight Creative, you’ll concept, create and activate original, social-first content that stops the scroll and sparks conversation.

You’ll be equally comfortable dreaming up first-of-their-kind ideas, bringing them to life on camera, and driving meaningful engagement in the comment section. This is a pure social creative role, using insights born from social to form ideas that have proper platform consideration.

You’ll sit within the Creative team, working closely with Community/Conceptual teams, Client Services, Strategy and Production. And you’ll report into one of the Creative Leads.

Key Responsibilities

Social-First Concepting & Creation

  • Develop original, culturally relevant content ideas across always-on BAU and campaign work
  • Concept and produce engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms
  • Film, edit and publish social content with strong attention to platform nuances and best practices
  • Confidently present creative concepts and decks to clients, telling a clear and compelling story
  • Contribute creative thinking to new business pitches, including content pillars and always-on ideas

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
