Taurus Studios is looking for a creative and social-first intern to support across content creation, social media, shoots, and agency marketing.
This role would suit someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content engaging, and wants hands-on experience working with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Support with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content
- Help manage Taurus Studios’ own social media presence
- Assist with client social media content
- Research trends, competitors, hooks, and content formats
- Support with content calendars and scheduling
- Assist with captions and social copy
- Film BTS and social-first content at shoots and events
- Support with TikTok and Reels creation
- Assist with basic short-form video editing
- Create simple graphics and social assets
- Develop moodboards, references, and creative ideas
- Support with shoot concepts and content planning
- Assist with community engagement
- Research creators and influencers
- Capture and organize event content
- Help turn campaigns and shoots into Taurus case studies and portfolio content
- Support with agency outreach, prospect research, and follow-ups
- Help keep Taurus Studios visible and active while client work is busy

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a genuine passion for social media and content
- Understands TikTok, Instagram, and current online trends
- Has a strong visual eye
- Is comfortable filming content on a phone
- Can bring ideas rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do
- Is organized and reliable
- Has good written communication
- Is confident working around clients, models, and creative teams
- Wants to learn more about agency life, content, and creative marketing
- Strong creativity skills and ability to generate original concepts for social media content and campaigns
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and visual communication tailored to different audiences

Previous agency experience isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in creativity, attitude, initiative, and someone who genuinely wants to learn.
Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, design, media, or a related field preferred, but not required.
MANCHESTER OR WEST MIDLANDS BASED. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable due to travel to shoots, events, and locations. Travel costs will be covered.
