Overview

The Creative Social Media Manager shapes and brings to life a bold, growth-driven global social media strategy that builds brand presence and sparks genuine engagement across key platforms. Partnering closely with the Image, PR, and cross-functional teams, this role blends creative vision with strategic rigor, overseeing content creation, editorial planning, and influencer activations, while tracking performance and managing budget to ensure every piece of digital communication is consistent, high-quality, and unmistakably on-brand worldwide.

The Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and growth focused digital communications strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn + support to Line, Wechat and Weibo)
  • Manage the production and creation of digital assets with Image team, from creative concept to logistics and post production
  • Manage the creation of Social Media Editorial calendar
  • Collaborate with PR teams for worldwide influencers digital activation
  • Monitor, report and act on metrics across social media platforms
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Manage the creation of contracts with the different suppliers, with Legal and Indirect Procurement teams

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role preferably Luxury Fashion
  • Strong results orientated, and deadline driven
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, organisational and analytical skills
  • Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of third language is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Office programs and Photoshop
  • Creative, agile, flexible
  • High attention to detail and team player with the ability to work under own initiative
