We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join a fast-growing social, content and production agency, taking ownership of how creative work comes to life — from concept through to final delivery.

Working across high-growth start-ups, established UK and US brands, and large multinational organisations, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creative and production, making sure great ideas are delivered to an exceptional standard, on time and with real impact.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who brings creative judgement, organisation and momentum — and who knows how to turn ambitious ideas into brilliant work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the production of content from brief through to final delivery.
  • Lead shoots, edits and campaigns, keeping them on time, on budget and creatively strong.
  • Coordinate creative, talent and production teams, removing blockers and keeping work moving.
  • Act as the conduit between strategy, creative, production and client teams.
  • Lead creative delivery across a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all creative output.
  • Improve production processes, workflows and ways of working.
  • Manage production budgets across retainer and project-based clients.
  • Support new business by scoping production requirements, timelines and resources.
  • Build accountability, craft and creative standards across the team.
  • Act as a trusted creative partner to clients and identify opportunities to elevate the work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll be comfortable working at pace, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and taking ownership when things get complicated. You know how creative, social and production workflows operate, and you’re confident managing talent, shoots, edits and timelines.

Most importantly, you’re someone who holds the creative standard. You’ll know when something is good, when it needs more work, and what needs to happen to get it there.

This role is working for a start-up agency in a growth phase, so we're looking for a producer that can hit the ground running, understanding the combination of social production, with agency experience. Please contact charlie@profilescreative.com for more information
