Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As we're building this team from the ground up, joining early provides a unique opportunity to help shape the team's culture, ways of working and future direction.

Whilst we support flexibility, we believe the best ideas are often created together. These roles are therefore expected to be office-based for approximately 2–3 days per week in our Chiswick Park office (W4 5YG), with the remainder worked flexibly.

Building a new team requires strong relationships, creative collaboration and regular connection, and we're investing in creating an environment where people can learn from one another, move quickly and do their best work together.

About Us

We're looking for people who are excited by the opportunity to build something new and make a genuine impact. The process starts with a short application where you'll upload your CV and tell us about your relevant experience. If applicable, we'd also encourage you to share a portfolio or examples of work you're particularly proud of.

Successful applicants will be invited to an initial virtual interview with the Head of Experience. This will be an informal conversation covering your background, experience and approach, alongside a chance to showcase relevant campaigns, projects or work that demonstrates your strengths. Candidates progressing to the final stage will meet with the relevant channel experts and the Integrated Communications Director and complete a case study exercise.

All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their application following each stage.
