Creative Strategist | Paid Social
£60,000–£90,000 + bonus
Kings Cross | Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Our client is an established UK wellness brand built on clinical quality & evidence-led products is expanding its internal performance team. Selling direct-to-consumer & through premium retail, they are bringing paid social creative in-house to scale acquisition across Meta & new channels.
As their new Creative Strategist you'll be working in a focused, agile team, you will lead the end-to-end creative loop for performance marketing. You will turn customer insights into high-converting ad concepts, write production-ready briefs, & partner with freelance creator networks to test, iterate & scale winning ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop insight-driven concept frameworks tailored to key customer segments across Meta & paid social.
- Write clear scripts, storyboards & copy for performance ads, partnering directly with freelance designers & editors.
- Collaborate with performance marketers to analyse ad data, spot trends, & rapidly iterate on winning assets.
- Mine customer reviews, forums & market feedback to discover fresh buying triggers & campaign ideas.
- Direct external creators & editors to ensure output stays high quality & on-brand.

To be considered you can show:
- Track record building & briefing high-performing paid social ads (Meta primary).
- Strong copywriting & storyboarding skills with a focus on acquisition.
- Comfort interpreting ad data to drive creative decisions.
- Background in D2C, e-commerce, or trust-led categories.
- Ability to manage freelance creative talent effectively.
