The business is investing significantly across brand, digital and performance marketing and is now looking for a creative strategist to help shape a more ambitious, insight-led and platform approach to its online creative.

We're working with a leading international digital entertainment business that operates a portfolio of successful consumer brands across multiple global markets.
Description
Performance-led creative strategy
- Own the creative testing and messaging roadmap across paid digital brand, acquisition and retention channels.
- Use cross-channel performance data to provide clear creative direction, identifying the audiences, formats, hooks, messages and angles to test.
- Develop creative strategies across paid social, online video, display and paid search on both mobile and desktop.
Creative development
- Lead brainstorms that generate genuinely new creative ideas rather than minor variations of existing work.
- Turn data, customer insight and strategic thinking into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Set out the audience, angle, format, opening hook, call to action and rationale behind each brief.
- Apply current platform best practice across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, display and paid search.

Working across Creative, Brand and Digital
- Work directly with designers, editors and producers to create more space for platform content.
- Build trusted and constructive relationships across Creative, Brand, Production and Performance Marketing.
Brand and commercial impact
- Develop digital creative that builds genuine brand relevance, trust and preference while delivering measurable commercial results.
- Bring a clear perspective on how consumer brands can stand out in crowded and highly competitive markets.
Profile
- A strong track record of developing commercially effective digital creative.
- Experience helping an established creative or marketing function become more digital-first, platform and performance-led.
- Experience working across multiple international markets and adapting creative for local audiences.
- Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Experience across online video, YouTube, display and paid search.
- A detailed understanding of platform-creative, including vertical formats, opening hooks, sound-on storytelling, creator-led content and user-generated content.
- Experience creating and managing structured creative-testing frameworks.
- The ability to use performance data to make clear creative decisions and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the confidence to look beyond headline campaign metrics.
- Excellent creative briefing, facilitation and presentation skills.
