Creative Strategist
Bullfinch Recruitment is working with our client, Medialicious, a global growth marketing partner, who are looking for a Creative Strategist.
Medialicious' marketing team drives growth through a channel-agnostic approach, empowered by significant budgets and a collaborative, transparent culture. They embrace experimentation, research, and performance analysis to maximize growth and evolve strategies. With data at their core and curiosity in their DNA, they work together to create meaningful, measurable impact.
The Role
Turn insights and trends into high-performing creative concepts that fuel user acquisition across their portfolio of social gaming brands.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social across Meta, TikTok, and beyond
- Write scripts, hooks, CTAs, and storyboards for short-form video ads that stop the scroll
- Build creative briefs informed by audience insights, performance data, and platform trends
- Partner with Paid Social, Design, Motion, and Influencer teams to bring ideas to life and iterate based on results
- Support A/B testing by developing creative variations and helping identify winning themes
- Use AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, copywriting, and concept development

What Medialicious Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in Creative Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing
- A portfolio showing creative campaigns, social content, or video concepts
- Hands-on experience writing scripts, storyboards, or briefs for short-form content
- Solid understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Naturally curious, trend-aware, and comfortable translating data into creative decisions
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar) is a bonus, as is a background in gaming, mobile apps, or fast-paced digital consumer brands
