The team specializes in beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle brands, building engaged communities, scaling followers, and driving significant social-led sales across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. The agency delivers full-funnel social ecosystems, from organic content, UGC, Social Commerce, and affiliate marketing to GMV Max ads and TikTok LIVE selling. Social Climbers Collective focuses on creating social-first brands that convert, not just growing accounts, offering measurable impact and growth for its clients.
Role Description
This is a contract Creative Strategist in Social Media role based in Maidenhead with a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Creative Strategist will develop social-first creative concepts, campaign narratives, and content frameworks that align with client brand goals and performance targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Leading creative ideation sessions
- Translating insights and research into clear creative directions
- Collaborating with account managers, media buyers, and content creators to ensure cohesive execution across platforms
The role involves reviewing performance data to refine creative strategies, producing clear briefs and guidelines for designers and copywriters, and maintaining brand consistency across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. The Creative Strategist will also contribute to client pitches and presentations, articulating creative vision and expected outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Creative Strategy and Creative Direction skills, with the ability to develop social-first concepts that drive engagement and sales.
- Experience in Brand Strategy, including positioning, audience definition, and messaging frameworks for beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Writing, with the ability to craft clear creative briefs, campaign narratives, and content concepts tailored to social platforms.
- Solid Research skills to analyze audience behavior, market trends, and performance data, translating insights into actionable creative recommendations.
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing, particularly across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, with an understanding of full-funnel content.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Maidenhead, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and performance teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
