Creative Strategist, High Growth Creative Platform, London, c. £60K
The gist
This isn’t a post-and-pray social role. It’s an opportunity to build the growth engine behind an ambitious, fast-scaling cultural platform.
You’ll sit at the centre of launches—owning paid social creative, running disciplined testing, and turning insight into repeatable playbooks. At the same time, you’ll drive end-to-end campaign delivery, working directly with top-tier creative talent to make every drop land.
The business
A globally recognised platform connecting leading contemporary artists and cultural institutions with a new generation of collectors and enthusiasts (millions strong and growing).
Alongside this, a newly launched print-focused platform is building momentum—bringing high-quality, accessibly priced works to a broader audience. Still early, scaling fast, and aiming to become the go-to destination in its category.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
