The Opportunity
I'm currently working with an innovative, growth-focused business that's looking to hire a Creative Strategist to join its expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, customer psychology, creative thinking and commercial performance. If you're passionate about understanding why customers behave the way they do and using that insight to shape high-performing campaigns, this could be the perfect next move.
Importantly, this is not a traditional copywriting, design or campaign management role. Instead, you'll be responsible for ensuring that creative thinking directly contributes to customer acquisition, conversion growth and commercial success.
About the Role
As Creative Strategist, you'll bridge the gap between acquisition strategy, customer behaviour, campaign development and creative execution.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across growth, creative, UX, CRO and lifecycle teams, you'll develop strategic messaging frameworks and behavioural influence strategies that improve customer engagement and conversion performance across the entire demand journey.
Your focus will be on ensuring creative output is aligned with:
- Customer behaviour and psychology
- Acquisition economics
- Demand generation and capture
- Commercial objectives
- Conversion optimisation
This is a highly strategic role for someone who enjoys combining insight, creativity and performance marketing to drive measurable business results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
