The Sales Circle is a full training and placement program focused on helping ambitious people break into tech sales and succeed once they get there. Backed by a performance guarantee, the organization has supported over 300 individuals in the past year to secure roles at leading companies such as Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Datadog, Rippling, LinkedIn, and more. The Sales Circle trains people with no prior sales experience to perform like top SDRs from day one and connects them directly with hiring managers at high-growth tech companies. Graduates typically achieve $100k+ OTE in their first year, exceed ramp targets, and secure roles in an average of 38 days. The Sales Circle supports candidates end-to-end, from initial training through to their first paycheck.
Role Description
The Creative Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and executing the overall creative vision and narrative for The Sales Circle’s brand and programs. This role involves developing integrated creative and brand strategies that align with business goals, target audiences, and partner needs across digital channels.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Defining insights
- Crafting messaging frameworks
- Producing clear, compelling written content for campaigns, landing pages, email, and social media
The Creative Strategist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to concept and refine campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and test and optimize creative assets based on performance data. This person will also contribute to new program launches, support employer-brand efforts for hiring managers, and help maintain a cohesive, aspirational voice that resonates with future tech sales professionals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Creative Strategy and Creative Direction, with the ability to translate business objectives into strong concepts and campaigns.
- Experience in Brand Strategy, including positioning, audience segmentation, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across touchpoints.
- Strong Writing skills for digital channels, including short-form copy, long-form content, and persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Research, using market insights, audience data, and competitive analysis to inform creative decisions and measure impact.
- Background in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; experience in education, training, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Comfort with using analytics tools and A/B testing to evaluate creative performance and iterate on campaign assets.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
