Job Title: Senior/Creative Strategist
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in office
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)

The role
They're looking for a Creative Strategist to bridge creative thinking with commercial growth. You'll work alongside the Head of Activation and Head of UI, reporting into the Creative Director in a flat, collaborative structure.
What you'll be doing
- Developing creative strategies and messaging frameworks that drive conversion
- Working across the full demand surface — paid social, search, CRM, CRO
- Feeding customer insights into a continuous testing and optimisation loop
- Collaborating with designers, paid media specialists, and commercial directors
- Using their internal system (Sigma) to support and streamline the process

What they're looking for
- 2–5 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience building ad creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok
- Understanding of customer psychology and behavioural economics
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and brand work
- Video, animation, and paid media motion experience is a bonus
