Performance Creative Strategist
High-Growth D2C Wellness Brand East Sussex (Office Based) £65,000 + Benefits (Bonus included)
Are you obsessed with performance creative and using data to build campaigns that genuinely drive growth?
We're partnering with a fast-growing D2C wellness brand to find a Performance Creative Strategist who will take ownership of its paid social creative strategy during an exciting phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team where you'll work at the intersection of creativity and performance, developing winning creative strategies across Meta whilst helping to shape the brand's future growth across TikTok.
The Role
- You'll own the creative strategy behind the brand's paid social activity, working closely with Performance Marketing, Design and Video teams to develop creative that captures attention, drives conversions and delivers measurable commercial results.
- Develop performance-led creative strategies across Meta and TikTok.
- Build audience personas, messaging frameworks and creative testing roadmaps.
- Write creative briefs, hooks and copy that drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyse performance data to identify winning creative concepts and optimisation opportunities.
- Work closely with creative and performance teams to continuously test, learn and iterate.
- Stay ahead of platform trends to keep creative fresh, relevant and commercially effective.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy or Paid Social Creative.
- Strong understanding of Meta and performance marketing principles.
- Proven experience building creative testing frameworks and using data to optimise performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills with experience writing high-performing short-form creative.
- Commercially minded with a passion for continuous testing and learning.
- Experience within a D2C, wellness, beauty, food or consumer brand would be advantageous.
