Creative Strategist | Alcester | Marketing Agency | £35,000 - £45,000
Are you a Creative Strategist looking for your next opportunity within the digital marketing industry? Want to join an ambitious marketing agency in Alcester where creativity is driven by customer insight, performance data, and genuine commercial outcomes?
This is an opportunity to develop creative strategies for exciting B2C brands, combining big ideas with the data behind what actually makes customers buy.
If so, this could be worth a look.
The Business
Join an ambitious customer acquisition and performance marketing agency working with established and growing B2C brands across the UK.
Rather than focusing on clicks, impressions, and vanity metrics, the agency takes a commercially driven approach to marketing, bringing together creative, search, social, and customer insight to improve acquisition and long-term growth.
You'll be joining a collaborative team where strategists, creatives, and performance marketers work closely together to understand audiences, develop ideas, and continually improve campaigns.
The Role
As Creative Strategist, you'll sit between data, strategy, and creative execution, turning customer insight and campaign performance into ideas that drive action.
You'll dig into audiences, customer journeys, competitor activity, and performance data to understand what makes people buy, then translate those insights into creative concepts, messaging, and campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
