About The Company:
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, independent performance agency working with ambitious DTC and e-commerce brands. The Creative Strategist will turn performance data, consumer insight, and commercial objectives into creative concepts that deliver measurable growth. You’ll work across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, helping brands scale through structured creative testing and performance-led thinking.
The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly focused on innovation, including AI and modern creative workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with media buyers, account leads, designers, editors, and creators while developing your strategic and creative expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Translate performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence into clear creative briefs and concepts.
- Analyse creative performance and turn findings into actionable recommendations and testing plans.
- Lead ideation, scripting, and briefing for UGC, creator content, and design assets.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, creators, and production partners to provide clear creative direction.

Essential Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect creative decisions to performance outcomes.
- Commercial understanding of what drives profitable growth for DTC and e-commerce brands.
- Understanding of consumer psychology, behavioural drivers, and conversion principles.
Salary:
£45,000 – £54,000
