Role Description
The Creative Strategist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that strengthen Giarité’s brand positioning across campaigns, collections, and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Leading concept development for marketing and branding initiatives
- Collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure visual and verbal consistency
- Transforming brand values into compelling narratives and content
- Conducting market and trend research
- Analyzing audience insights
- Refining brand messaging to support product launches and ongoing campaigns

The role also involves:
- Writing creative briefs
- Overseeing creative direction on key projects
- Ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect Giarité’s ethical, luxury identity
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Creative Strategy and Brand Strategy, with experience translating brand values into clear positioning and campaign concepts.
- Strong Creative Direction capabilities, including guiding visual and narrative concepts and collaborating effectively with designers and marketers.
- Proficiency in Writing and Research, especially in crafting brand stories, campaign copy, and using insights to inform creative decisions.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands, ideally with exposure to ethical, sustainable, or vegan products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content trends relevant to luxury and ethical fashion is an advantage.
