Creative Strategist (Growth) | £200 - £225 | Outside IR35 | 3 Months | Fully Remote

We’re recruiting for an experienced Creative Strategist for a 3-Month contract role. This position will play a vital part on one of our key marketing agency clients ongoing initiatives to develop commercially effective creative thinking within growth and acquisition. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a fully remote basis.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience developing creative strategies within a marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology, behaviour, and decision-making processes.
  • Experience translating customer insights into compelling messaging and creative direction.
  • Skilled in improving conversion performance through strategic testing and optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration across growth, UX, lifecycle, and creative teams.
  • Commercially minded strategic thinker balancing behavioural insight with creative execution.
