We are looking for a design-minded thought partner to help drive vision, ideation, and overarching strategy. While strong design intuition is essential, this isn't just a role for pushing pixels or executing tasks. We need a creative collaborator who can critique, conceptualize, and refine how a project comes together—spanning user experience, story framing, and design direction. You will work directly with the creator to challenge assumptions, introduce fresh perspectives, and sharpen the core strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Ideation: Drive conceptual brainstorming sessions to establish strong creative hooks, narrative arcs, and user journeys.
- Design & Experience Direction: Guide the overall aesthetic feel, interactive flow, and content hierarchy without getting bogged down strictly in production.
- Critical Evaluation: Audit existing materials to spot friction points, propose structural improvements, and elevate the overall quality of the experience.
- Thought Partnership: Serve as a collaborative sparring partner to bounce ideas off of, test assumptions, and validate strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Background in multidisciplinary design, creative direction, or design strategy.
- High-level visual and spatial literacy paired with strong strategic thinking.
- Experience balancing big-picture conceptualizing with tactical design feedback.
- Strong communication skills with an appetite for collaborative, iterative problem-solving.
