Creative Strategist (Performance & Growth)

£60,000–£80,000 per annum + bonus
Kings Cross or Brighton | Hybrid, 3 days on-site

Our client is an established, independent UK wellness business built around transparency, clinical quality & evidence-led products. Operating direct-to-consumer & across premium retail, they are expanding their in-house creative setup to scale performance marketing across Meta & beyond. Sitting within a lean team, this role owns the end-to-end creative loop from deep audience insight & concept authoring through to testing & iteration.

The Role

The Creative Strategist will build acquisition-focused creative strategies that replace agency reliance with systematic in-house knowledge. Rather than delivering high-level recommendations for others to execute, you will directly write the concepts, scripts & briefs that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Map audience mindsets, life stages & problem territories to build insight-led concept frameworks across Meta & paid social.
  • Hands-on Authoring: Write clear, production-ready creative briefs, scripts & copy for freelance designers, editors & creators.
  • Execution & Briefing: Direct freelance production partners, maintaining high visual standards without relying on discount-heavy assets.
  • Testing & Iteration: Manage the full testing cycle alongside performance leads, using ad data to kill, refine & scale winning creative.
  • Insight Generation: Conduct ongoing research across customer reviews, forums & sentiment data to identify underserved problem territories & buying triggers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
