Nesti is a fast-growing D2C brand creating products designed to help people feel calmer, more comfortable, and more regulated in their own body.
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to take ownership of the thinking behind our paid social creative.
This role sits directly between creative, performance, and customer psychology.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy across our paid social channels.
- Analyse creative performance and turn data into actionable insights.
- Identify winning angles, hooks, formats, creators, and messaging.
- Build a structured creative testing roadmap.
- Develop new creative concepts every week.
- Write and edit direct-response scripts, hooks, and ad copy.
- Create detailed but usable briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers.
- Build iterations around winning ads rather than constantly starting from scratch.
- Review customer reviews, comments, surveys, and feedback to identify new creative angles.
- Carry out competitor and market research.
- Understand customer objections, fears, desires, and buying triggers.
- Work closely with media buyers to understand what is actually driving performance.
- Review metrics such as spend, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, hook rate, hold rate, and creative fatigue.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of new creative ready to test.
- Develop concepts across UGC, founder-led, statics, motion graphics, testimonials, product demos, and higher-production content.
- Brief creators in a way that gets natural content rather than scripted-looking ads.
- Help identify which creators we should work with again based on performance.
- Improve our creative processes and testing systems.
- Stay close to platform trends without blindly following them.
- Continually look for ways to make our creative better, faster, and more effective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Us
Nesti moves quickly.
- We do not have layers of management, endless meetings, or three-week approval processes.
- We come up with an idea.
- We test it.
- We look at the data.
- We learn.
- Then we make the next thing better.
You will have a lot of ownership in this role.
That means we are looking for someone who can think independently and does not need to be given a detailed task list every morning.
If something is not working, we expect you to notice.
If there is an opportunity, we expect you to raise it.
If you think we should test something, explain why and get it moving.

Who We’re Looking For
You:
- Take complete ownership of your work.
- Are naturally curious.
- Think commercially.
- Understand that creative exists to drive an outcome.
- Are comfortable being challenged.
- Can challenge other people when you think there is a better approach.
- Move quickly without becoming careless.
- Do not wait around for permission to solve obvious problems.
- Can take feedback without taking it personally.
- Are constantly looking for patterns.
- Want to understand why something worked, not just celebrate that it did.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Have high standards.
- Can self-manage and prioritise effectively.
This Role Probably Isn’t For You If
- You are primarily a brand creative rather than a performance marketer.
- You dislike looking at data.
- You need constant direction.
- You think creative strategy means scrolling TikTok and finding ads to copy.
- You spend weeks perfecting concepts instead of testing them.
- You cannot write strong direct-response copy.
- You struggle in environments where priorities move quickly.
- You are uncomfortable being accountable for performance.
What Success Looks Like
You should be able to tell us at any point:
- What are we testing?
- Why are we testing it?
- What have we learned?
- What is currently winning?
- What should we make more of?
- What should we stop doing?
- What are we testing next?
Ultimately, your job is simple:
Help us produce more winning creative.
Better ideas.
Better testing.
Better iterations.
Better performance.
If you understand performance creative properly and want real ownership inside a fast-growing D2C brand, we want to hear from you.
