Our client is an innovative, international consumer technology business making personalised products easier and more enjoyable to create. With an established global customer base and ambitious plans for digital growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join at a point where creative quality and performance marketing are becoming increasingly important. You’ll have genuine ownership from day one, helping shape a stronger video content engine across paid and organic social while working closely with experienced creative and post-production specialists.
The Creative Strategist will turn consumer insight, performance data and strong creative thinking into video concepts designed to capture attention and drive measurable results across international markets.

Role Highlights
- Develop paid social creative strategies tailored to Meta performance campaigns.
- Create compelling hooks, scripts and storyboards ready for production.
- Brief and collaborate closely with video editors to bring concepts to life.
- Review creative iterations and shape variations to improve performance.
- Balance direct-response advertising with engaging, platform-native organic content.
You Will Need
- Demonstrable experience developing performance creative for Meta platforms.
- Strong hands-on scripting and storyboarding capability.
- Confidence translating audience insights into compelling creative concepts.
- Proven experience briefing and collaborating with video editors.
- A commercial mindset that connects creative decisions with campaign performance.
