Creative Strategist (Performance & Growth)

£70,000–£80,000 + per annum
Kings Cross or Brighton | Hybrid, 3 days on-site

Our client is an established, independent UK wellness business with more than a decade of growth behind it. Built around transparency, quality and evidence-led products, the organisation has developed a strong reputation with customers and respected health professionals. You’ll join a lean team where individual ownership matters, bureaucracy is limited and your contribution can have a visible commercial impact. With an expanding in-house creative capability and ambitious plans for the next stage of growth, this is an opportunity to help shape how performance creative is developed, tested and scaled.

The Creative Strategist will own the strategy behind paid social creative, turning customer insight, audience needs and behavioural triggers into compelling concepts that drive acquisition and growth.

Role Highlights

  • Build performance-led creative and messaging strategies across Meta and other paid social channels.
  • Translate customer mindsets, life stages and problem areas into insight-driven creative concepts.
  • Develop strategic briefs, copy and creative direction, working with freelance specialists across design, editing and production.
  • Own the testing cycle, using performance data to identify winners, refine concepts and scale what works.
  • Shape a refined, premium visual approach that supports conversion without relying on heavy discounting or loud creative.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
