About The Role
🌱 The marketing team works across three growth levers: create demand, acquire demand, convert demand. Four people own that work between them. You own create demand.
Your job is to make more of the right people want a Tomorrow University degree. 🎓
Choosing a degree is a slow, expensive, high-trust decision. People discover us, come back weeks later, attend an event, compare options, worry about cost, and take time to decide. Your work gives them a reason to pay attention and helps build the confidence to take the next step.
You set the content strategy and produce much of the work yourself. You decide what we say, who we say it to, which formats and channels we use, and what is worth testing. Most weeks, that also means writing, filming, editing, or building the asset.
You have support. 🤝 Part-time creators help increase output once we know what works, and our designer supports the work that needs stronger craft or brand treatment.
We are looking for someone who likes making things, putting them in market, and learning from the response. The goal is consistent demand creation, with a clear view of which ideas, messages, and formats are actually working. 🚀
🎯 What You'll Own
💡 Make people want this degree
- Develop the content strategy across programs, markets, paid, organic, and social. You decide the ideas, the messages, the proof points behind them, and which audiences they are for.
- Turn our positioning into creative that people understand and remember. That means knowing how to express an idea through copy, design, photography, video, or a combination of them.
- Lead the creative for program launches and seasonal campaigns from first idea to execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🛠️ Work at strategy level and make the work yourself
- This is a small startup, so the role moves between strategy and execution all the time.
- You write exceptionally well and can take an idea from rough concept to finished asset yourself.
- You are comfortable designing in Figma or Canva, shooting photography, filming and editing video, and producing short-form content for social and paid. You also know when a stronger piece needs a specialist.
- Freelancers and creators are there to support and scale the work, but you need enough creative range and judgement to direct them well.
- Use AI image and video tools where they are genuinely useful, alongside more traditional production.
📱 Own social content strategy and creation
- You own what we say on social and what we make for it.
- Set the social content strategy, generate the ideas, write the posts, develop recurring formats, and brief UGC creators.
- Produce the core content yourself and work with freelancers or creators where additional production is needed.
- Work closely with our part-time Social Media Coordinator, who manages scheduling, publishing, engagement, commenting, and the day-to-day running of the channels.
- Build content with both organic and paid use in mind where it makes sense.
🧪 Test ideas and build on what works
- Work with Performance Marketing on a regular creative testing rhythm across messages, concepts, formats, and audiences.
- Keep a clear record of which angles work by program and market so future campaigns start with evidence.
- Decide what to test next, stop producing ideas that are not working, and develop the ones that are.
- Bring the useful learnings into the weekly review, including both the strong performers and the ideas that did not land.
✨ What You Bring
- 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, content, or social. You have spent a meaningful part of that time making the work yourself.
- You are an excellent writer across hooks, scripts, ad copy, captions, and campaign messaging, and you know how to change the writing when the format changes.
- Comfortable shooting and editing yourself, whether that is on a phone, a camera, or whatever else the idea needs.
- You can design well enough in Figma or Canva to make strong static assets without waiting on a designer for every piece.
- Creative testing is part of how you work. You can isolate a variable, read the result properly, and decide what to change next.
- You know how to direct creators, freelancers, coordinators, and designers once an idea is working. Clear briefs and useful feedback matter more than process.
- AI image and video tools are already part of your production workflow, and you have a good sense of when they help and when they do not.
- You are comfortable being measured on outcomes beyond reach or engagement, including applications and enrolled students.
- You believe education can change lives. 🌍
