This is what our client needs in a Creative Strategist:

  • C1+ English level
  • 3+ years of experience in performance creative strategy (paid social focus)
  • Experience writing UGC scripts and creative briefs for editors, designers, and creators
  • Proven track record driving growth in KPIs for DTC e-commerce brands through creative output
  • Deep knowledge of performance creative, particularly Meta & TikTok
  • Experience managing end to end creative workflows (concepting, briefing, production, iteration)
  • Strong understanding of what makes a high-performing creative asset using a modular framework (hook → body → CTA) 🎯
  • Ability to translate product, brand strategies, and customer data into creative concepts that perform
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences ✍️
  • Someone who takes full ownership of results, is always improving, and proactively solves problems 💪

  • Agency or in-house experience in a fast-paced e-commerce growth role
  • Experience launching and analysing logical creative tests to generate clear insights
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with creators and external partners

Our clients are:

  • Mostly DTC e-comm brands with huge scalability potential
  • Mostly American companies, but we occasionally work with clients in Canada, Australia, and other countries
  • Monthly budgets range from $20,000/mo to $100,000+/mo

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies across Meta & TikTok to drive new customer acquisition
  • Oversee creative workflows including meetings, reporting, and resource allocation to achieve KPIs
  • Conceptualize and deliver net-new creative concepts informed by customer research, brand positioning, and product strategy
  • Take insights from channel managers and performance data to iterate on winning creative for scale and efficiency 📊
  • Write scripts for UGC creators, briefs for design and editing teams, and ad copy to support output
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Director to ensure creative strategies meet acquisition targets
  • Format weekly reports and track creative performance against goals
  • Challenge current processes, bring fresh ideas, and continuously improve creative output
