About the Role
Every scroll-stopping skincare ad you've seen this year probably started as someone else's idea, reworked until it fit a different brand's voice. That's exactly the skill this role is built around. You'd be the one deciding which angle gets chased, which trend gets adapted first, and which concept goes to the editors next. You won't be waiting for direction. You'll be setting it, backed by real data on what's actually converting.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.
What's in it for You
- Real autonomy from day one. You'll have significant freedom to propose, test, and prioritise your own concepts, as long as they're backed by reasoning or data.
- Performance bonuses tied to your wins. Earn 2.5% of ad spend on your winning creative, on top of your base.
- A clear path for growth. Strong performers grow into a Creative Strategy Manager role, then Head of Marketing.
- Investment in your growth. Training is built into the role, plus a yearly work trip to industry events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You're Getting Into
- Track the Meta ads library and tools like Kalodata daily for creative that's rising fast across the category.
- Spot which angles and formats are scaling for competitors, then figure out if they'd translate to a different product or claim.
- Push past the obvious skincare angles into sharper, more targeted territory, like specific concerns competitors haven't fully claimed yet.
- Extract, rework, and rewrite winning ad concepts using AI tools, then apply your own judgement on what's actually worth testing.
- Write creative briefs the editing team can execute without back-and-forth.
- Test consistently against a real weekly output target, not sporadic bursts.
- Report back on what's working and what new trends are emerging, so the whole team can move on them faster.

Who You Are
- You've got a track record in skincare, beauty, or another visual-heavy DTC space, writing creative that doesn't feel bolted onto the niche.
- You can point to specific styles you've pulled from before, whether that's story-led ads, trend mashups, or something else.
- You know enough about editing that the briefs you write actually hold up, and editors trust them.
- You read CPA and the other numbers that define a winning creative fluently, not something you have to think hard about.
- You already use Claude, OpenAI, and similar tools daily, and know how to pull a concept apart and rebuild it fast.
- You flag a delay early rather than letting it turn into a surprise later.
