Overview
The Creative Strategist is part of the Advisors Creative Desk (ACD), the creative powerhouse of Mastercard Advisors.
This role supports the development of insight-led creative strategies for clients across different industries and markets. Working closely with Senior Creative Strategists, the Creative Strategist plays a hands-on role in research, insight generation, strategic thinking, creative briefing, and client deliverables.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong strategic foundations who enjoys turning research and business challenges into clear creative directions.

Research & Insights
- Conduct research on consumers, categories, competitors, brands, and cultural trends
- Analyze data and information from multiple sources to identify relevant insights
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and creative territories
- Stay informed about trends in marketing, creativity, culture, and technology
Strategy Development
- Support the development of creative strategies across client projects
- Help translate business challenges into clear strategic directions
- Contribute to workshops, brainstorms, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with Senior Creative Strategists and Creative Strategy Managers on strategic deliverables
Creative Briefs & Storytelling
- Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs
- Help build strategic narratives and client presentations
- Translate research and insights into simple, actionable recommendations
- Support briefing sessions with internal creative teams
Collaboration
- Work closely with creatives, account teams, project managers, and consultants
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Collaborate across international and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute positively to team culture and ways of working
All About You
- 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, communications planning, brand strategy, marketing, research, or related roles
- Experience in creative, advertising, brand, digital, research, or consulting environments
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good strategic writing skills, including briefs and presentations
- Ability to turn complex information into clear and actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious about people, culture, brands, and creativity
