Director of Creative Strategy
Superside is hiring a Director of Creative Strategy to lead and evolve our Strategy function. You'll shape how strategy drives creative excellence across the business, leading a team of strategists while partnering with executive customers and internal leaders to solve complex business challenges through insight-driven creativity.
You'll define the future of strategy at Superside, building scalable frameworks, growing strategic talent, and ensuring strategy becomes a key driver of customer success, creative quality, and commercial growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Creative Strategy team, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
- Define the vision, standards, and operating model for Strategy across Superside.
- Partner with senior customer stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Guide strategic development across major customer engagements, ensuring consistently high-quality thinking.
- Build frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that scale strategic excellence across the organization.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Account teams to shape integrated customer solutions.
- Champion AI-powered ways of working that improve research, strategic thinking, and creative development.
- Identify opportunities to expand strategic services, contributing to customer growth and new business.
- Use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to shape strategic priorities and innovation.
- Represent the Strategy function internally and externally, helping position Superside as a leader in AI-powered creative strategy.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- 8+ years of experience in strategy within creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
- Strong track record advising senior stakeholders and executive customers.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and customer insights.
- Experience building strategic frameworks, methodologies, and scalable ways of working.
- Commercial mindset with experience contributing to customer growth, business development, or strategic consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business and creative strategies.
- Experience integrating AI into strategic research, planning, and creative development.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive strategic alignment across the business.
