Who are we?
Ivy is the go-to app that lets anyone scan packaged products and instantly see what's really inside - the harmful ingredients, the ultra-processing, and everything else misleading labels are designed to hide. We're bootstrapped and spending six figures per month on paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, but we're looking for someone to scale that significantly. We're a small team, and you'll be the first dedicated performance creative hire at Ivy. This is an opportunity to come in early, take the wheel of the creative function, and build the systems, processes and team from the ground up.
The role
We're looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to build the creative engine behind Ivy's next stage of growth. You'll own the entire paid creative system - from customer research and creative strategy through to testing, production, analysis and iteration. We already produce a high volume of creatives today. The next phase is about scaling that output with more intentionality: better systems, sharper creative strategy, stronger testing loops, better localisation, and clear answers on which creative investments are driving more subscriptions to our app.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
