Reports to: Senior Producer

Salary: £45,000-50,000

This isn’t a traditional producer role. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively as well as produce brilliantly. Someone who enjoys shaping ideas, building trusted client relationships and delivering outstanding work across both live action and animation.

You’ll own projects from first conversation through to final delivery, working alongside our Senior Producer, strategists, creatives, editors, motion designers and external production partners to bring ambitious ideas to life.

You’ll also play an important role in how we continue evolving our production model. AI is already embedded throughout our workflow, from research and concept development to production planning, editing and content adaptation – and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to explore new ways of working while maintaining the highest creative standards.

Here’s what you’ll do…

  • Lead brilliant productions
    • Own projects from brief through to delivery.
    • Translate client challenges into compelling creative approaches.
    • Develop treatments, concepts, scripts and production plans.
    • Produce live-action shoots from pre-production through to post.
    • Lead animation projects alongside our motion design team.
    • Make sure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
