Creative Video & Production Lead - Football
London | Salary - DOE
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Video & Production Lead to join a major organisation in football, and shape how it brings its brand, stories and personalities to life through video.
This is a senior role with responsibility for the organisation’s video strategy and production function, leading a talented in-house team and setting the direction for video across digital, social, live and longer-form channels.
You’ll combine strong creative instincts with the ability to run an effective production operation - developing new formats and ideas, making informed decisions around where resource is focused, and ensuring the team consistently produces work that connects with a large global audience.
Day-to-day:
- Set the direction for video across the organisation, identifying the formats, stories and opportunities that will have the greatest impact.
- Lead, manage and develop an established team of video and production specialists.
- Oversee a varied production slate spanning digital and social video, branded projects, live programming and major events.
- Work closely with wider creative, editorial and media teams to develop ideas and bring campaigns and stories to life.
- Use audience behaviour and performance data to understand what is working and influence future video output.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation, understanding their objectives and determining how video can best support them.
- Develop more effective production processes and ways of working as the volume and ambition of video output continues to grow.
- Oversee relationships with external production companies, freelancers, creators and talent where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
