We are seeking a creative and commercially aware Creative Visual Associate to help bring the Fenwick brand to life across our stores. Supporting the delivery of creative campaigns, retail concepts and visual standards, you'll play a key role in creating inspiring customer experiences while ensuring our brand is presented consistently and effectively across the estate.
We offer hybrid working between your home and our Central London offices on Wigmore Street, providing a collaborative and innovative environment from which to support our business and customers.
The role offers regular travel across the Fenwick estate, providing the opportunity to work directly with store teams on creative projects and visual standards. As a result, some weeks may vary from our typical hybrid working pattern.

About the Role
As a Creative Visual Associate, you'll support the delivery of creative campaigns, visual concepts and retail experiences that bring the Fenwick brand to life across our stores. Working closely with the Creative Visual and Creative Standards Managers, you'll help ensure projects are delivered creatively, consistently and in line with brand standards.

You'll work across Brand & Marketing, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams to develop and implement campaigns, store concepts and visual guidelines. Using tools such as SketchUp, you'll help bring creative concepts to life through engaging retail spaces. You'll also support project planning, coordinate stakeholders and track budgets to ensure successful delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in visual merchandising, retail design or creative project delivery. A strong visual eye, excellent organisation and confident communication skills will be key to success. You'll help create inspiring customer experiences while supporting the continued evolution of the Fenwick brand.
What we are looking for in a candidate...
- Strong creative visual aesthetic - ideally gained in fashion beauty and home retailing
- Strong background in visual display – windows, pop up’s, internal space layouts and Mannequin dressing, graphic and vinyl application
- Strong commercial understanding of spatial design, retail visual merchandising and how these impact increased sales
- Detail orientated and time focussed
- Strong interpersonal skills and team outlook
- Highly organised and able to work with multiple works streams and deadlines
- IT literate – Sketch Up or alternative CAD application knowledge is essential, In-design knowledge desired
