To find the Reels and TikToks that will work for our AI-persona accounts, adapt them to our characters, and turn each one into a precise brief our AI artist can produce from. Pay is $2,000–4,000 a month, depending on skill.
What you'll do
You decide what each persona posts and write it down so precisely that our AI artist can produce the video without asking a single question.
- Scout what's already working. A big part of the day is scrolling Reels and TikTok to find videos that would work for our personas and audience.
- Adapt them to our characters. Keep what makes the video work (format, hook, pacing, audio) and change the details: replace the person with our persona, and swap the setting, outfit, props or caption so it fits her world.
- Pitch your own ideas too, built on trends, formats and sounds.
- Write a short brief for every video, covering:
- the persona's backstory and current storyline
- the hook: what happens in the first 1–2 seconds
- outfit, hair and makeup
- room or location, background details and props
- the original video it's adapted from and what changes, plus other references (trend, audio, visual style)
- shot notes: framing, angle, movement, on-screen text, caption
- Make it feel genuinely American. Get the regional details right: brands, stores, slang, sports, school life, holidays, weather.
- Learn from the numbers. Review each video's views and watch time, and feed what worked into the next briefs.
- Work closely with the AI artist and the team, mostly in European time zones, and turn feedback around fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
